Q39 is more than a restaurant: it’s part of a community. Founders, Kelly Magee and her late husband Rob, have always been passionate about bettering their community. That legacy continues today. Kelly and the team work to increase Q39’s impact by offering local opportunities with each restaurant location, and larger company partnerships. We actively demonstrate our passion for contributing to meaningful causes through donations of food, funds, and volunteer hours. Q39 fosters a deeper sense of connection within our community while empowering our team to grow both personally and professionally.
We are proud to continually support Ronald McDonald House, Boys and Girls Club, KU Cancer Center and Colon Cancer Coalition. We’re also proud to give our team a voice and choice in how we give back by way of initiatives like our 2024 10-10-10 initiative, where employees selected 10 local causes to support and then donated their time with volunteering hours. For us, philanthropy is more than a gesture––it’s who we are.
