Members earn 1 point for every eligible $1 spent at Q39.

Yes. New Q Club members start with 39 bonus points.
No. Your points continue to accumulate until you choose to use them. Redeem now or keep saving toward a higher-value reward.
The points required for that reward are deducted from your balance. Any remaining points stay in your account.
No, rewards points never expire.
To redeem rewards when dining in or calling in a carryout order, present the reward in your Q39 app to your server and they’ll be happy to assist. If using the Q39 app to place a mobile order, simply select to redeem your reward at checkout. Item must be added to cart before redeeming reward.
We’re excited to offer our VIPs an upgraded, simpler way to enjoy Q39 and get rewarded. Eligible existing members will transition into the new rewards program with a starting points balance based on previous loyalty activity. Download the new Q39 app to access your account and see your balance.
