The Q39 loyalty program (the “Q-Club”) unlocks access to instant rewards upon sign up, allows members to earn rewards based on visits, and exclusive surprise benefits periodically.
Rewards examples include a free Onion Straws appetizer upon signing up, a free Dessert Trio redeemable once during your birthday month, and other exclusive offers. *Members receive a $5 reward after three consecutive purchases with a minimum spend of $20.
To redeem rewards in-store, provide the phone number associated with your loyalty account to your server when ordering, or during checkout to ensure your visit is tracked to your account.
To redeem rewards when ordering online, simply login to your account at this link: https://q39kc.appfront.app/gifts/ . In this portal, you can see if you have any available rewards. Certain rewards may not be redeemable online. For example, our Onion Straws appetizer is not available to order to-go, therefore the Free Onion Straws Appetizer reward cannot be redeemed online.
Only one reward can be redeemed per visit/order.
Unused rewards will expire at the end of each membership year.

Once you sign up for the program, you never have to renew.
The program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18-years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one account per individual.
