The Q39 loyalty program (the “Q Club”) allows members to earn points per in-store visit and on all online purchases (except for retail merchandise purchases on our Shop page) that they can redeem during future visits, and use to access exclusive opportunities as available.
You will receive 1 Point for every 1 dollar ($1) spent which you can redeem for a variety of rewards, once you have enough points. Rewards examples include a free Onion Straws appetizer upon signing up, a free dessert during your birthday month, and other exclusive offers.
Within our online ordering platform, simply enter your phone number associated with your loyalty account to sign into your account and earn points on your purchase. Points will automatically be applied to your account.
Provide the phone number associated with your loyalty account to your server during checkout to earn points for your visit.
To redeem rewards in-store, let your server know you’d like to redeem a reward. They will use your phone number to look up your account and assist as necessary. Certain rewards may not be redeemable online. For example, our Onion Straws appetizer is not available to order to-go, therefore the Free Onion Straws Appetizer reward cannot be redeemed online.
To redeem rewards when ordering online, simply login to your account at this link: https://q39kc.appfront.app/gifts/ . In this portal, you can see how many points you have and any available rewards.
Only one reward can be redeemed per visit/order.

Products purchased through our online ordering portal (Appfront) qualify to earn rewards points. Unfortunately, products purchased through our retail store (q39kc.com/shop) do not qualify to earn points at this time.
Once you obtain the number of points to meet a certain membership criteria (Silver, Gold, Platinum), you will maintain that tier status for 1 year (365 days). When you advance to the next tier, this timeframe resets.
The program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18-years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one account per individual.
