Certified Angus Beef (CAB) was founded over forty years ago to establish a quality standard in the beef industry. The beef is a traditional product, but compared to other “Angus” beef, there’s nothing traditional about it. It adheres to CAB’s 10 quality standards that only 3 in 10 Angus cattle meet, making it the very best Angus beef available.
“If it’s not certified, it’s not the best.” Q39 only serves CAB products for our beef menu items. While it might cost a little more, our guests are treated to the best beef quality every time.
A cause true to our hearts, Q39 supports the Colon Cancer Coalition‘s fight to end colon cancer with their annual fundraiser walk, Get Your Rear in Gear. We are pleased to serve a full BBQ spread to all the participants.
