Who can enter? All current and new members of the Q-Club that live within a 25-mile radius of either Q39 location.

 

How do I enter? Every dine-in visit to Q39 in May is one entry to win. The promotion runs May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025. *See below for more information on ways to enter. 

 

Can I enter multiple times? Yes. Every qualifying visit to Q39 in May will count as an entry to win. Multiple entries increase the possibility of winning.

 

What qualifies my visit as an entry? For a visit to count as an entry, the loyalty member must provide the phone number associated with their Q-Club account to their server before paying the table’s check. A table’s check may only be attributed to one loyalty member account, unless there are split payments. Orders placed for pick up or third-party delivery do not qualify as a visit.

 

What is the prize? One winner will host a BBQ dinner for 12 guests at their home. Q39 will provide the food and hospitality services for a BBQ meal, as well as bring the Q39 smoker on-site. Beverages will not be provided.

 

When will a winner be selected, and how will they be notified? Q39 will randomly select a winner on or around June 1, 2025. The chosen winner will be notified via the contact method associated with their Q-Club loyalty program account, either by phone or email. In the event the winner is unable to accept, a new winner will be selected. 

 

If I win, when will I receive the prize? The Q39 team will contact the winner upon selection and work to coordinate the date and time to receive the prize experience. The prize experience will take place on a mutually agreed date before September 30, 2025.

 

Is there a free method of entry? Participants may enter to win with no purchase required by completing these steps: (1) the participant must join the Q-Club loyalty program or be a current member, (2) take a photo of themselves inside one of the Q39 locations, and (3) send an email with the image attached and provide the phone number associated with the Q-Club account to guestservices@q39kc.com. All email submissions must be sent by 11:59PM CST on May 31, 2025 to qualify. Only one image may be submitted per visit. Participants can enter to win multiple times by submitting one image for every visit they make to Q39 in May.
