How much does a catering service cost?
Catering service varies depending on the amount of food you need, the type of menu you choose, the catering style, the amount of serving staff needed, and the number of guests attending. Typically catering customers using drop-off catering services can expect to pay anywhere from $15-$30 per person while customers with a traditional full-service catering package can expect to pay up to $75 per person. This includes all setup, food preparation, service, cleanup and supplies.

How much BBQ per person for catering?
BBQ catering is very flexible. The style of catering can change for the type and size of your event. At Q39, we offer three unique levels of catering services: Group Catering, Full-Service Catering, and Semi-Private Dining in our event spaces.
Group Catering allows you to have your favorite Q39 specialties delivered directly to your event. This service includes food delivered in disposable containers, heavy disposable plates, eating utensils, wet and dry napkins, and food signs for easy serving. Our group catering services range start at $17.50 per person.
Full-Service Catering is sure to make your party unforgettable! Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings with more than 50 people. Our uniformed Q39 Catering Team will set up a beautiful buffet, deliver the food hot and ready to eat, tend the buffet for 1.5-hours, bus tables and clean the kitchen according to specified venue policies. Our professional catering staff does all the work, so you can sit back and enjoy your event. For our full-service catering, we offer three catering packages ranging from $23 per person for appetizers only to $36 for our Chef’s Feast option.
Private Dining and Event Space rental is available at both our Midtown Kansas City and Overland Park locations. Make your meal out that much more special in a private semi-private dining space served by our professional staff.
